How to Place Order
To place an order just browse the website, find a product which you want to buy and simply draft a mail to kalaiyakkam@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9080198967 along with the products list that you want and its quantity, we will soon get in touch with you about the order.
Payment Methods
Transfer money using UPI
1. Open the UPI enabled app and enter the PIN
2 Choose the option of fund transfer through the UPI
3. Enter the beneficiary VPA as "kalaiyakkam@upi", amount and remarks.
4. Verify tha name displayed is "Sujitha Neelamegam"
5. If you have multiple accounts/virtual payment addresses, you can choose the VPA you would like to debit. Click on Submit
5. Confirm all the details
6. Enter MPIN to authenticate the fund transfer.
Free shipping
We ship all orders with free shipping across India. It will take 4-7 days for any parcel to reach your place after we ship it. After payment is received we will ship an order within (working) 48 hours.
We don’t ship on weekends and on public holidays.
Refund
Refund will be provided if you are not happy with the product as per the below conditions,
i. If the goods are shipped and then you decide to cancel. In this case, you will have to send the goods back to us in its original condition. And once we receive the goods we will refund you the product cost.
ii. If the goods are not shipped and then you decide to cancel the order. We will cancel the order and refund you product cost.
